Teaching your baby to sleep

In my sleep deprived state I found this wonderful book on the internet.

It is amazing and I am having great results with Taj.  I couldnt bear fumbling along anymore in my dazed state.  I highly recommend this book! Taj slept the other night from 9pm-5am, after putting him on this programme.  Needless to say I got up twice to see that he was ok!!!

Hayhouse Radio has been my saviour

Being at home now alot with Taj can be quite isolating.  So I have been listening to Hayhouse alot.  It has been wonderful on those days that I am not feeling particulary positive due to lack of sleep. Those days that the world feels like it is going to cave in!

Everyday I hear fantastic and inspiring stuff!

Wayne Dyer was saying the other day............about the power of prayer.  What I found interesting was that he said often what happens when our prayers do not come true or happen is  "Gods rejection is man's protection".  So that what ever you wished for was not meant to be...............and that God was protecting you in some way!

Hi everyone

I am back............what a huge three months it has been since our little boy Taj was born. Their was the "first six weeks" then Christmas then school holidays. A whole lot of sleepless nights, joyful milestones, tears, school kids at home, 32 degrees days and days my eyes felt like sandpaper.

Taj is a happy baby, he only seems to get upset when he is hungry, a bit like his Dad! Chelsea (8) is like his mother, she loves to look after him and hold him at any opportunity.  On the other hand Raquel (6)  came home from school when he was only 3 weeks old, she was eating her biscuit and bent over and kissed him leaving crumbs all over his face.  All I could hear from the kitchen was Taj licking and sucking at his face.  It wasn't hard to work out that he had had the first taste of chocolate chip cookies!
