As you may well know I am really into Louise Hay's book, You can Heal your life.
I am very quick to confront my friends Marie, my husband Blair, my mum Maree my sister Sarah-Louise and any one else that is ill about Louise's philosophy.
So for example if you have a cold the probable cause is you have to much going on at once (in your life"), mental confusion, disorder, small hurts. Which in my case is always relevant. Then she gives an affirmation. I allow my mind to relax and be at peace. Clarity and harmony are within me and around me. All is well!
So I noticed that I love to pull this book out especially when Blair has some sort of illness, then right in the middle of him being on his deathbed I ram it down his throat...........not giving him any space to get better. But to tell him what to do and whats wrong blah blah blah!
But when the shoe is on the other foot like it has been in the last week, I got a cold, bronchitis then a full on ear infection......there is NO WAY I want to talk about it. I will secretly look it up and do my affirmations and not wanting to look to closely at the probable cause. Which is what it takes to truly send it on its way! Then I have my friends calling to see how I am then in the next breath asking what Louise says about this!
So my bronchitis has gone and my cold too but I still have the ear infection. Of course ears means........there is something that you don't want to hear??????
So I am in the throws of confronting what it is that I don't want to hear??
I would love you to leave your comments on my blog about anything including this post!

My husband Blair who is a bogan from way back..............ventured off with the girls, "Princess Chelsea" (9) and Raquel "the tomboy" (6) and Raquel's best friend David (7).
Off they went overland to Hamilton, black t-shirts, ACDC pumping and their tent for the "Crusty Demons" Xtreme Motorcross. I of course had never heard of these folk, and I couldn't think of a worse way to spend the night. But anyway I wasn't asked about what I thought when they skidded out of the drive way, as long as I had packed copious amounts of food & drink that was all that mattered to them.
Well what a night, one stunt after another for 2 hours. They loved it, and next to the stunt ramps I am told there were fireworks that went off with only the "really amazing stunts". Blair said Raquel was trying to stand out the most to catch the attention of the man giving away the 50cc , ($5,000 worth) motorbike!!!! Thank goodness that didnt happen, a trampoline is just perfect for our backyard. Lucky for me I got to see all the video taken, I didnt have the heart to say "wasn't that the same as the last one"!
Well they had a great time, and I learnt that kids and dad's just love repetition!

I had heard about the Crystal Bed when I was working and studying in LA, Doreen and my classmates were raving about it! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get there during my stay as it was so heavily booked.
So I was really delighted when I found out there was one here in Gisborne.
I shot through leaving my husband with the baby and kids..............Julie welcomed me with a big hug and I was taken to the Crystal Bed. I felt relaxed even before I got onto the bed. Julie said that she would do some healing and clearing before she started the bed going. I very quickly went into a deeply relaxed state and I was left to let the bed do it's magic.
The whole experience was beautiful. I noticed that I was expecting some grandeous clairvoyant experiences and visitations. Instead I got exactly what I needed which was to have my body completely relax for the first time in months after being pregnant then of course dealing with the recovery, kids and sleep deprivation. Julie had said that some people can experience "alot of energy afterwards" which was what I was wanting, so I could go 100 miles an hour and get all those things done on my list, which was getting longer by the day. I left and thanked Julie feeling very chilled and peaceful. When I got home I was overwhelmed with tiredness, which I was finding hard to give into. Eventually I did and went off to bed after lunch..............I had the most blissfully uninterrupted long, long sleep.
As always with these "healing experiences" I got what I most needed and not what I most wanted.
I am really looking forward to the next time!
Call Julie Logan on (06) 863 1930 it is so reasonably priced and she also does readings too.
