Sonia Choquette is one of the speakers on this seminar, I have just finished her book "Trust your vibes". I picked this book up whilst getting my kids books from the library. I am going to go and buy it now for my own reference and will be recommending it to my clients. It is amazing, Sonia gives lessons then exercises on how to fine tune your skills. I have always loved the technique "muscle testing" to get accurate answers from your own body. Sonia teaches very simply how to do this and I am really excited about trying it. I will keep you posted on my experiences.
