Being a Medium and Psychic how do you get your information?

I am clairvoyant which means that I "can see" what they are trying to say, I had one man who was wanting to communicate something special his wife used to do to him that no-one else would know. So he was rubbing his hand up and down his other forearm I copied him over and over, my client laugh and cried .  She was so amazed and said she used to rub his forearm's all the time because she loved them so much!

I hear which is "clairaudient", I had a deceased loved one trying to get me to say to his daughter the word "yellow" to prove it was really him.  She cried too as he had been buried in his favorite yellow tie and loved his favorite yellow jumper.

I am also "clairsentient" which means that I can feel things, I was asked by a client to tune into her daughter (who is living) on how she was doing?  As soon as I tuned into her my whole mouth and cheeks were burning.  I said to her "she is in alot of pain in her mouth why is that?"  she said........ummmm I don't know???? Then said oh she just had all her wisdom teeth out!
