Well I said I would keep you posted about how I am doing on this course..........firstly one of the things she says is you don't need to do a new lesson everyday. Which is great for me as I have really enjoyed letting each lesson sink in, she gives you three levels and of course level 3 is playing full out. So I am trying for level 3 which can take 5-6 days to do, for me. For example the first part is focused a lot on clutter clearing, which I am loving and so must the NZ Red cross, I loved clearing out my wardrobe but got the call from my wee baby to go get him up so my shoes only got cleared out this week. But yeehah my wardrobe is done.
You look at every item in your house and see if it depletes or empowers you and how it makes you feel. Then you are free to choose whether you remove it. I am loving parting with things that no longer serve me!
What I have noticed the most though is how often I don't breathe as this first part of clutter clearing is tied up with "AIR". I am really conscious now of how as soon as I am fearful I stop breathing................and to bring myself back and get in my body and breathe and let the fear go or breathe through it!
