I love this easy little technique she taught us in Sydney......it goes like this.
I use it if I am unsure about something when making a choice. Especially if I am little tired and I am letting my head get in the way rather than trusting my vibes or intuition
Let out a big "aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh" (so that you can hear it)
Put your hand on your heart................and ask what does my spirit say?
(Meaning what does my higher self, spirit or intuition say)
The answer will come to you straight away!
