As you know I am doing Denise Linn's Soul Coaching 28 day online course.........thank goodness she says it is not important to do a lesson everyday as it's taking me a whole lot longer than 28 days.
Anyway I am really enjoying the first part where there is a lot of clutter clearing. I would rather be playing in the sun but I really understand now how much better you feel if your "nest" isn't filled with "stuff". I have been really ruthlessly throwing stuff out. She asks you to go around every room and look at everything separately and see how it makes you feel, does it deplete your energy or empower you? You soon know what has to go! You will notice everything has "an energy" like stuff that comes from ex's for example. Sure that diamond ring might be 1 carat but if it ended badly that ring will have a certain feel to it.
My gorgoeus friend Cindy (yes she is Amercian) is a Soul Coach and Feng Shui consultant She bought me this beautiful crystal for my birthday and I asked her where I should hang it. She said where it can disperse the most light into a room as that is good Feng Shui. So we went into the bedroom she said "oh I would love to work with you on bringing Feng Shui to your room" ......I said what would you do with it right now. She said " everything in your room if you are married or in a partnership has to be all about the both of you, loving photos of you both, no children's or relations photos anywhere. This will help to bring good Feng Shui to your relationship. So the photo's of the girls were quickly removed and replaced with Wedding photos of Blair and I!
Which reminds me of a girlfriend of mine who used to have a photo of her Nana hanging above her bed when we were flatting together. It might explain why these young men didn't stick around for long.......Nana was eye balling them outta there quick smart.
Does you bedroom reflect your relationship? or if you would like to be in a relationship does it have prints or pictures of couples in love in it??
