Clairsentience

Eighty percent of us are clairsentient, and this was how I first started out "knowing" stuff.  It can be that gut feeling that you get. Like when you enter a room and you know that someone has just had a "barnie" (argument) in there, you can feel the energy. Check in when you are making decisions in your life and ask yourself the question, in your head or out loud and see how it feels to you in your gut? Does it feel warm and good, or cold and uneasy, do you get that sinking feeling.  I find sometimes I am making a decision and I know the answer but I don't like it. So I check in about twenty different ways always using this technique somewhere in there and trying to shun that uneasy feeling. Usually it is that feeling that is the last straw and I give into my "gut feeling"!! Notice how your clairsentience, gut feelings help you and give you the answers. I find they are always spot on even if it makes no sense at the time!
